Submit A Vehicle

In consideration of the acceptance of this application by Hagerty Events, LLC (“Hagerty”), the undersigned agrees to release, discharge, and hold harmless (1) Hagerty and all related and affiliated entities, and their respective officers, directors, owners, agents, and employees; and (2) all other contestants and officials (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any and all liability that may arise, directly or indirectly, now or in the future, by reason of any injury, death, damage (including consequential, incidental and punitive damages), loss, costs, expenses, or attorneys’ fees in connection with their participation in the event, unless caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of Released Parties. In the event of gross negligence or willful misconduct by any of the Released Parties, this release will remain valid and effective with respect to the Released Parties not responsible for or involved in the gross negligence or willful misconduct. . The undersigned (1) warrants that they have personally read the rules and regulations; (2) permits Hagerty to use the enclosed photographs and photos taken the day of the event and information of the entrant’s automobile(s) and/or motorcycle(s) for publication and program inclusion; and (3) agrees to follow all COVID prevention protocol, which may include wearing masks, keeping 6 feet of distance, and sanitizing upon arrival. This release extends to and includes any and all claims of liability, arising from or in any way related to the undersigned’s participation in the event, whether known or unknown at the time of signature. To the extent any applicable law prohibits waiver of unknown claims, the undersigned acknowledges the possibility of unknown claims and specifically waives the application of that law to any claims in any way related to the undersigned participation in this event.
